Pearle Nerenberg, CEO & FOUNDER of ET4P, MSc, SPORTS DIETITIAN
Pearle has a degree from Cornell University in Nutritional Science and a Master's in Human Nutrition from McGill University. She is also an alumnus of the renowned International Olympic Committee Diploma in Sports Nutrition. Pearle is currently a professional sports dietitian licensed by the professional body in her home province of Quebec, Canada (OPDQ). She is a mom of 2 and a devoted wife and supporter of the athletes in her community.
Rachel Ouellette, CHEF & Performance Kitchen Club Director for ET4P
Rachel graduated from ITHQ cooking school. She is the founder of Racines Traiteur Santé, a catering business with specialization in vegetarian and plant-based food. Rachel was a goalie for the Université de Montréal hockey team, and she enjoys yoga too!
